I enjoy cooking with wine, sometimes I even put it in the food I'm cooking.

A Heidi style quesadilla filled with wilted arugula, baby spinach, and dill havarti cheese with a side of grapes and coffee.

The cupcakes turned out pretty well considering I have to mix everything by hand. I would love a beautiful mint kitchen-aid stand mixer….someday. At least the color of the cupcakes is lovely. I’ll be taking half to school and the other half for anyone that meanders over to the house tonight for drinks.
